Gemmis in Pompeii

Posizione buona, vicino a un'area pedonale con bar e negozietti. Vicino al santuario (raggiungibile a piedi in qualche minuto). Stanza spaziosa provvista di balconcino.

Purtroppo la zona ha solo parcheggi a pagamento dalle 9 alle 22, e il parcheggio pubblico era chiuso per ferie. Quindi non comodissimo il rientro in macchina. L'aria condizionata si può accendere solo tenendo una chiave inserita, sicuramente per evitare la spesa di un condizionatore lasciato acceso mentre gli ospiti non sono in struttura. Comprensibile, però in pieno agosto fa piacere rientrare e trovare la camera fresca, cosa che appunto non è stata possibile.

Proprietario disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Camera moderna ed ottimo rapporto qualitá/prezzo

The room was big and very comfortable and the staff was very kind and responsive.

The induction stopped working in the middle of dinner. The room was not cleaned everyday, only on Sunday.

For solo female travelers with heavy luggage, this hotel might not be the most convenient option. The rooms are located on the second floor and there is no elevator. Unfortunately, there was no assistance available to help with carrying the suitcase upstairs. It's something to keep in mind when booking.

fresh croissant for breakfast was very nice from the owner, we appreciated the coffee as well. the locality was fine, close to the promenade full of shops, cafes and restaurants. Train station to Naples / Salerno 14 minutes walk. Ruins 10-12 minutes walk.

maybe the owner should consider a mosquito net to the window...

The location was great. We were walking distance to everything thing we needed. The building was nice and quiet. Pompeii ruins were a five minute walk. And there was amazing coffee nearby.
