"Lovely little apartment near the centre of town with good facilities & parking. Good value for money"

Good location close to town centre. Parking space outside the property - very handy. Property was very clean and tidy and good value for money. We will definitely look to book this on future trips to Tavistock.

The only points I would add for improvement would be to provide at least 1 roll of toilet paer in the bathroom on arrival (washing up liquid provided but not toilet roll?), The boiler was unfortunately switched off on arrival so we did have to turn this back on in order to get hot water. The facilities and kitchen were overall very good. It may be also good if you have advised check out by 11am, not to ask the cleaner to arrive at 10am...

"OK accomadation with very handy parking in a great location."

The location was perfect and the accommodation was clean. The fixtures and fittings were fine. Parking space in front of the flat was great.

There was nowhere to hang coats - no hooks. No airer for wet clothing despite the place having a washing machine. In a location for walkers and outdoor holidays this made things difficult. No place for wet coats and wet clothes. No mattress protector on bed. Only 3 mugs for accomadation for 3 is very minimal. The main room was large enough to fit a proper table, and the absence made the room feel very bare and uninviting. No heating instructions so couldn't use the heating. Little things make the difference between being OK and good.

Excellent location. Easy access on foot to shops and restaurants. The parking space was a big bonus , no need to fight for a space to shop or eat. Very close to the market with lots of stalls .
