SGresponsive and friendly host didnt need to go through a hassle to do a security deposit, which is good as we are very considerate guest/tenant who will keep the room clean and in order upon checking out very easy and straightforward to collect the keys as compared to other apartments!
Intensive deep cleaning of the aircon and the curtains is due - can feel the moist damp feeling in the room due to the aircon so triggered some allergies for some of us

Kitchen.
MYMYMYMYI liked that the property is conveniently located near Legoland, which made it very easy to get there.
The things I didn’t like about the property are that there were a lot of ants on the kitchen cabinet, and I even found a baby cockroach inside it. The ants were also on the bed, which made it uncomfortable. Additionally, there was stagnant water in the toilet near the master bedroom. I also noticed a lot of dust in the living room and bedroom, which caused a runny nose. The plates in the living room were dirty, so I had to rewash them, as well as wipe the table and chairs again. Lastly, I found a used tissue under the bed, which was there before my stay. Also, for those driving big cars, it’s better to park outside as the basement parking is quite small.
