Villa Andrea "Vivi l'Oasi di Tranquillità"

The villa is spaceous and has most of the things one could need for cooking. It is a good location if you are with a car. Nearby is a super local quality restaurant. AC was godsent. We were satisfied.

The host via WhatsApp seemed friendly at first, but afterwards felt too creepy with offers and useless questions. Also, he could not help with gas stove situation, saying that it works as is, even though we had to figure out how to open the valves. The lights in the villa are very sad. With few more lamps woult make it become SO much cozier. Also, no oven, even though the description said there is. And the bed came with only a single cotton sheet as a blanket which is not very comfortable for 2 people.

Struttura pulita, tranquilla e comoda per visitare tutta la zona occidentale della sicilia. Proprietari gentili, un problema con l'acqua all'arrivo che hanno prontamente risolto.

Für den sehr günstigen Nebensaison Preis, den wir erhalten hatten, hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gestimmt. Die Lage ist wirklich einsam und wunderbar ruhig, wenn nicht die großen Hofhunde der übernächsten Nachbarschaft bellen. Ein großer Garten, ein Teil davon gepflegt mit Liegestühlen, etc. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Die Salinen sind direkt nebenan, Flamingos am Himmel. Nicht so angenehm: der Hauptraum hat kein Fenster und ist dunkel. Mit einigen Stehleuchten könnte man leicht Abhilfe schaffen. Auch das Bett hat keine Leseleuchten, Richtig gestört hat uns nur eines:: das ganze Haus roch abgestanden und muffig. Selbst die Schränke und das Geschirr. Lüften hat ein wenig gebracht. Ob wir Mitte Mai die ersten Gäste nach dem Winter waren? Das Haus ist recht schön geschnitten, aber die Einrichtung ist schon recht alt und weckt Erinnerungen an die Sechzigerjahre. Leider gibt es keinen Wasserkocher. Man findet das Objekt gut: es ist gut ausgeschildert und Younes ist hilfsbereit und stets gut erreichbar. Wir konnten sogar früher einchecken, da das Haus bereits gerichtet war. Die Beschreibung des Hauses auf der Webseite ist gegenüber der Realität „etwas“ übertrieben.

Struttura davvero carina e accogliente. Con tutto l’essenziale per trascorrere una vacanza in serenità. Il signor Ouertani è stata davvero disponibile, Gentile e premuroso nel risolvere ogni problema o comunque venirci incontro. Struttura pulita,cucina funzionale, spazi grandi comodi per chi come noi ha viaggiato con due bambini.

Unico appunto che non c’è riscaldamento nel bagno e lo scaldino purtroppo non funzionava. Quindi diciamo che un po di freddo in bagno nel lavarsi sopratutto per i bimbi. Per il resto tutto ok

Pobyt w obiekcie ma swoje dobre strony, ale są też kwestie, które skutecznie zniechęcają do dłuższego zatrzymania się.

Niestety, nasz pobyt w tym obiekcie był dużym rozczarowaniem. Już od pierwszego dnia zauważyliśmy poważne braki w podstawowym wyposażeniu. Dla czterech osób na pięć dni przygotowano zaledwie dwie rolki papieru toaletowego, co jest zdecydowanie niewystarczające. W łazience zastaliśmy jedynie resztki mydła w płynie oraz niewiele więcej żelu pod prysznic, mimo że w opisie oferty była wyraźna informacja, że kosmetyki są dostępne. Kolejnym problemem był ekspres do kawy – pozostawiono tylko jedną kapsułkę. Biorąc pod uwagę, że mieszkanie znajduje się na odludziu, z dala od sklepów, minimum stanowiłoby zapewnienie kapsułek przynajmniej na pierwszy dzień pobytu. Brak podstawowych produktów w takiej lokalizacji jest dużym utrudnieniem dla gości. Dodatkowo w mieszkaniu była bardzo mała liczba kubków, co przy czterech osobach okazało się niepraktyczne i uciążliwe. Bez samochodu wynajem tego miejsca mija się z celem. Obiekt jest położony daleko od jakiegokolwiek sklepu czy restauracji. Co więcej, położenie na uboczu wcale nie gwarantowało ciszy i spokoju. Przez trzy dni sąsiedzi prowadzili bardzo hałaśliwe porządki na swojej działce, co skutecznie zakłócało wypoczynek.

Struttura molto piacevole a Salinagrande. Ben posizionata rispetto a Trapani ed altri posti in zona. L'appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato si compone da una grande sala con divano, TV, tavolo allungabile e cucina a vista (attrezzata con fornelli, forno a microonde, frigorifero), da una camera grande e da un bagno finestrato. La camera ha vetrate molto grandi che danno luminosità alla stanza. Dietro la camera si trova la parte all'aperto, attrezzata con tavolo, sedie, due sdraio, barbecue. Questa parte rimane molto tranquilla (noi ci siamo stati nel mese di marzo). Parcheggio privato per la macchina.

Abbiamo fatto presente che mancavano alcune dotazioni basic (es. coltello da cucina/pane) e ci è stato detto che quello si poteva avere era quanto a disposizione in casa. Questo forse perché eravamo ancora ad inizio stagione. Nella descrizione era indicato un bidet in bagno che non c'è. In camera ci sono delle belle vetrate molto grandi ma no tende oscuranti quindi prevedere una maschera per chi vuole dormire al buio.

De living = een bunker… slechts 1 lamp centraal in het midden; Onvriendelijk contact met Younes… via WhatsApp, kortaf, onduidelijk...; Twee pannen en één kookpot kan je niet gebruiken vanwege de vele krassen in de Tefal laag ; Vuil!; slechte wifi;
