We had the same experience as Lilia in January 2024: TERRIBLE! So I guess the host does not give a s#@t as long as she can collect the money! DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! Booking.com unworthy but Customer service does not take any action and host does not respond to messages or phone calls. It is a shame! Especially downstairs, smells of wet cat / dog. Very musty smell, damp, very unpleasant. Not clean, it is dusty and every thing you touch is greasy. I had to wash cups, plates and cutlery before we used it. The bed has only synthetic sheets and pillow cases and no hygienic mattress cover. The mattress has yellow stains. It is an unsafe place as it has only one entrance / exit. So in case of an emergency, you are trapped. No smoke detector and only one fire distinguisher at the entrance. Electricity is not safe. a lot of extension cords, high risk of short circuit. It has a fireplace, which will be dangerous to use as the downstairs room/kitchen is so small and has low ceiling. Risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. The pictures / description on Booking.com are misleading. It is so small downstairs with bulky furniture you can hardly move and the stairs to bathroom and bedroom is stone and steep. Besides, the so-called bath is more like a tub, so small. We arrived a little early at the place (but after the check-in time of 15:00) and were not allowed in. We left 2 bags and came back an hour later. The hostess/owner was no longer there. We now understand why she did not want to welcome us! We immediately called her to ask about the bed cover and if there was any alternative. She first confused me with another guest from another location, but then said there were spare sheets in the sofa bed in the room downstairs. But those were all humid, close to wet and we had to dry on the electric heater before we could use.

A lareira é um ponto alto, adorámos. Casa acolhedora. A localização é muito boa!

Nada a apontar.

Confortável, um aproveitamento fantástico do espaço, com todas as comodidades que se podem pedir. Está inserida numa zona que recorda o Portugal de outros tempos. Gostámos imenso.

Rigorosamente nada a dizer de negativo.

Casa acolhedora com condições razoáveis.

Gostei da casa, pequena mas muito completa e confortável não falta nada.

De ter que me ir embora.
