Almada Apt - Balcony with River View by Lisbeyond

Warning bed buggs / Varning vägglöss Lukten från avloppen i kök och badrum. Vägglöss, blev sönderbiten. Wi-Fi fungerade inte. Myror på köksbordet. 5 trappor upp och ingen hiss.

Excellent locationThe communication with the hosts was simple and easy and the apartment is very quiet. The views you get of the whole Margem Sul is just amazing. Both balconies also offer good views of Lisbon. The amenities were also good and the wifi was fast

The pipes definitely need to be looked at - there is a really bad smell coming from the bathroom and if the bathroom door isn’t closed, the smell travels through the entire flat. Better pillows are needed for the beds as they are really uncomfortable. If these two things are improved, definitely a 10/10!

Modern spacious apartment, easy self check in, kitchen well equipped, nice views from Balcony, clean towels, love the coffee pods,

The really pestilent smell in the bathroom, please fix this, it downgrade all the positives in the apartment. Invest in better pillows for the bed (they are like cushions)

The view from one of the balconies was great! The rooms were all big.

Maybe we were unlucky, but there were lots of small ants on our bedroom and some bugs below the kitchen sink. The bathroom also had a sewage smell to the point were we had to close the bathroom door.

Amazing views and truly authentic neighborhood. Much better than tourist-packed Lisbon itself. Apartment is also spacious enough to work comfortably if you're going for 'workation'.

Smell from the sink (mentioned already a couple of times here) - some people might not like it although it was tolerable for me. There was no kettle and coffee maker did not work - although you can get lovely espresso literally at the every shop on the street downstairs. The fact that you have to pay extra fee for checking-in after 2130 which is not clear from the communication and property rules listed on Booking (in cash only and person meeting us did not have a change)

Everything was really good, the communication with the owners was 10/10 it was fast and always helped out with everything, the apartment was nice, amazing views from balcony, in the night time we couldnt hear anything, good safe area with markets close to the apartment

Smell from the bathroom, shower had something like mold next to it, for someone the stairs to the apartment but u get used to it quickly
