Sijainti oli loistava, lähellä rantaa sekä vanhaa kaupunkia. Huone oli sopivan kokoinen kahdelle aikuiselle ja teinille. Sisustus kaunis ja viihtyisä.
Piha oli jaettu "talonmiehen" perheen kanssa ja heillä oli välillä vieraita, emme halunneet häiritä ja silloin istuminen terassilla jäi vähemmälle... Ilma oli helteinen - huoneistossa ei ollut tuuletinta. Tosin yhden ison ikkunan sai auki (hyttysverkko) joten se helpotti nukkumista.
