Great space for group trip to Manchester, easy access into the city.

The garden could do with a bit of care and attention. Was overgrown and as Saturday was a lovely morning if it was tidied and had table and chairs would’ve been a nice area to sit out.

"Great for families"

Lovely, comfortable place to stay. Easily accessible to other areas of Manchester. Served as a good base for visiting extended family. Ages 8 to 81 were happy here.

Check out was a little early at 10am but standard. It was difficult rushing the older generation to leave on time.

Good Value for money, beds are quite comfortable, and the host is very responsive.

The house could be cleaner. Not enough chairs and cutlery. Good house if you plan to have meals out.

Broken settie leg panic hair on both toilets flys all over stans on beds

Space and the area was quite.

Couch needed a change, it had a bit to wish for. Tv should of had tuned tv channels and the shower needed more water pressure and the bath glass panels needed a protection to prevent water of splash all over the floor.
