Clean and tidy, great location, very comfortable bed, would stay again

Lovely, clean and comfortable apartment. The central location was perfect and there was parking just over the road.

Had everything I needed, and the place was nice and warm upon arrival

Furniture was a bit sparse

Very well situated for the city ,literally 3 minute walk into centre ,and we are in our 70s . Also easy walk to & from station The view from window is good ,we had the christmas ice rink to watch ,great fun ,ice rink full always even though it was bucketing down most of the weekend.

The stairs up to the apartment, 4 fairly steep staircases ,we thought there were only 2 ,but we also thought we had booked apartment 1 🤣 We definitely had our senior moments as we couldn't work the heating ,cooker or TV🤣, but Tom was on it in an instant so helpful and his patience was amazing.😇

A wonderfully located self contained apartment with all you need for a city stay: good duvet and bed, good televisions, all in one kitchen diner lounge with separate bedroom and shower room. Great views of central Lancaster.

The delightful window shutters still need catches.

Excellent location, well fitted apartment, comfy bed, well fitted kitchen and lovely bathroom

Wasn’t used to the street noise, but that’s what you get with a central town location. Sitting room was a bit cold

Centrally located and well equipped flat great for a weekend break.

Mattress not that comfortable but we slept well never the less.
