Spacious 4 bed town house in central Wetherby, sleeps 9, perfect for contractors or groups

Great size house, very comfortable, good location in central Wetherby with parking next to the house in a free car park. Mostly well equipped. Beds were clean and comfy. Great size space for eating in the kitchen and dining area. Small secluded courtyard garden with table and chairs. Good size bathroom with lovely shower.

It needs a little TLC and a deep clean, washing machine was mouldy, bathroom toilet cistern was running constantly. Bannisters and doors were grubby and sticky. The kitchen needed a few more knives for food prep and a bread knife as there wasn't one. Floor boards on stairs tread was loose and uneven.

Location close to supermarkets; cafes and restaurants. Easy to walk to places because of central location.

Stale smell in some rooms and carpet-old cigarette smell? Loaf of moldy bread-dated February 16th-found in one of the kitchen cupboards. Even though free car park located close by difficult to get a vacant spot in it. Had to purchase toilet paper as no extra was provided; also a dish cloth as nothing available to wipe around kitchen or bathroom. Inconvenient to have just one key-key lock box sometimes difficult to open and close.

Very spacious Good supply of toiletries and kitchen products and crockery/utensils. Stayed over Xmas. Nice gesture of Xmas table cloth and box of chocolates.

All beds very uncomfortable and lumpy. Lounge blinds broken, cooker hood broken. No welcome folder explaining how to use heating etc. Lack of general upkeep and cleanliness of the property.

Lots of space & everything we needed for a weekend break

A second bathroom would make this property perfect...

Nicely decorated and finished house - great for large numbers and families as lots of bed variations if you prefer singles, doubles etc. Lovely clean bedding. Nice lounge and kitchen area, although didn't have time to use as only there 1 night. Location very central so handy to walk into shops bars etc.

Nothing apart from would have been useful if staying longer to have another shower for large groups - fine for 1 night though. Carpets/walls up the stairs 2nd floor a bit tired!

House is like a tardis, lots of space and plenty of rooms. Clean, with nice furniture and facilities.

A few appliances were not working (or at least we didn't manage to get them working) a few members of our party mentioned a lumpy mattress but overall the host was amazingly helpful
