Holmann Suite & Rooms

The owner is very responsive and replies to your messages within minutes. We received the entrance code with instructions just a few minutes after booking the room. There was a problem with wi-fi. We really needed it because our car broke down and we missed the ferry. They fixed the wi-fi right away, even if it was late at night. The room has everything you need, including coffee and refrigerator with cold water in it, which was very nice, and there’s even a cute little terrace upstairs.

The room was very clean except the floors. I wore fresh white socks from toilet to my side of the bed and they were already dirty. Everything else looked clean, including the bathroom :)

This is a lovely room in a great location just off the main square. The room is a good size and very clean.

Central location in Olbia

The room was charming and clean. The TV had lots of channels and the Coffee maker had a selection of coffees. The air conditioning was great. despite being on the street level, in the centre of olbia, there was no noise at all. All facilities were great and the host replied within minutes to enquiries. Entry system was easy and had no problems.

Nothing, apart it took me few attempts to figure out the air conditioning.

Great location, the owner is very helpful and always answering any time. The place was super clean and spacious :)
