Harmony Villa - Perfect Stay at Grand-Baie

The property is really good — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need, including plenty of glassware, plates, and especially great BBQ facilities. The outdoor setting area is amazing and makes it a nice place to stay calm and relaxed. However, the place is not well-maintained. If it were properly taken care of, it would be an even better choice for families. Overall, a great property with lots of potential, but it definitely needs improvements in upkeep and maintenance.

• Some doors are broken and certain lights are not working. • The beds are uncomfortable, and the blankets were dirty with visible marks. • The pool was very dirty, and when I asked for it to be cleaned, I was told “tomorrow,” which is unacceptable — everything should be ready upon guest arrival. • Communication was very poor. When we tried to contact the team, they often didn’t pick up the phone. • On the last day, there was no water for almost 7 hours. I had to call several times, but no one responded. Overall, these issues made the stay much less enjoyable, and the property management needs to improve a lot in terms of maintenance and guest service.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. The space was huge and beautifully maintained, with a well equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for occasional cooking. The pool was spotless and surrounded by lovely plants, creating a really peaceful atmosphere. We especially loved the terrace — the sunset views from up there were stunning. The bedrooms were also very comfortable with great air conditioning, and the bathrooms were clean and modern. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would absolutely stay again.

Really beautiful property, clean and very spacious.

The villa is absolutely amazing! We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The house is spacious and exactly as described. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained with plenty of room to relax. We spent a lot of time in the pool which is just perfect size and depth. Location is great, the house is in a quiet area and close to several lovely beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Fantastic communication with the host. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved the outside pool entertainment area. Sunbathing, swimming, braai/bbq, lounging. Main bedroom was spectacular, and the outside shower was amazing.

Huge house, little on the quirky side but put together nicely & with thought & love. The pool and outside area are amazing. we even used the pool when it rained, great to cool off. A little untidy just outside the property but that’s because you are asked to leave your rubbish out there & the dogs clearly had ripped open previous occupants rubbish, nappies etc strewn around. We left our rubbish for Yuri because of this & he said he would deal with this. Yuri was happy & helpful with excellent communication. Kitchen fabulous & all inside the house is comfortable. Would recommend but need a car.

Nothing not to like except the mosquitoes which are everywhere but especially love the beautiful tropical garden.

Excellent large villa, with all amenities, quick feedback from the owner of the villa. We will definitely repeat our vacation!
