We arrived at 22:30, and while the staff was kind enough to welcome us past check-in time, the room we booked (and specifically chose for its spacious, beautiful layout) was completely unclean: wet towels thrown in the bathroom, a used coffee mug, open shower gels, and hair in the bed. When we went back, the staff apologized and offered another room, only to find that it too hadn’t been cleaned. Eventually, we were offered a much smaller room (not what we paid for) or an "apartment" that was also small, poorly located right by reception (with a bell ringing constantly), and facing the garden, where people were still mingling loudly. We ended up leaving and thankfully got a refund, but by then it was almost 11PM and we were left without a place to sleep on a weekend night. How can multiple rooms still be dirty at 11PM? To make matters worse, the location is far from the city center, so we had to take another cab just to get back. Wouldn’t recommend, cleanliness should be a basic standard, not a gamble.

The location is clean, the rooms are large and, breakfast was delicious. I loved the fact that it has a backyard with lots of grass for working on my tan, and that it also has a BBQ and seating area. The host was kind and I even got parking on the property over the night. I had a wonderful time.
