GBGreat apartment in a great location. Apartment was beautifully decorated, exceedingly clean, spacious and comfortable. Great shower, comfy beds and large comfortable sofa. Well equipped kitchen if you wished to cook. Fantastic location, literally a 10 minute stroll into the centre of York. Parking space a huge bonus, get there, park up and then simply leave to car for the rest of your stay as everything is a short stroll away. Even though on a main road you barely hear a thing once you are inside. We live in a rural location with virtually no road noise so often find ear plugs are required for city breaks, certainly not needed here. We will definitely be booking again next time we go to York.
I think the only thing missing was a bedside light in one of the bedrooms otherwise can not fault a thing about this apartment.

Could use a few extra towels and more toilet paper. There was only the roll on the holder and one extra, 4 days and 3 adults, not enough!
GBThe location was good in terms of distance to the town. The decor and cleanliness were great. It had everything we needed in terms of facilities. Instructions were clear and communication prompt.
Only one room had double glazing. The other bedroom was single glazed and poorly at that. Next to a busy road in a busy area, it was a total nightmare trying to sleep. The noise and draught coming in straight onto our heads next to the window in bed, keeping us awake, even when wearing ear plugs. We slept so badly over the 3 nights that it completely ruined our trip. Had we known up front about this, we would not have booked here! The windows in the lounge were also filthy on the outside, you could hardly see through them. Just need a good clean in the same way the flat was on the inside.
