Highly recommended ! The one of them places where you feel yourself comfortable and clean, which is the most important. The host is such a friendly, reliable and responsible person. The apartment is so beautiful and all equipped. You won’t regret if you stay there.

Apartment is very comfortable and clean. I would recommend it to family and group of friends as well. It is very close to the beach, approximately 5-7 minutes away, which I find quite important. If you’d like to cook at the property there are several supermarket chains in the neighborhood. There are several restaurants nearby as well, you can find McDonald’s right in front of the apartment.

We hat a good stay in the appartment. It was clean and we found everything we needed, like dish washer, washing mashine and microwave.  Beka is a woderfull host, he helped us to have some usefull information for restaurant and tours in Batumi. He picked us up in the train station Batumi without any charge and booked second taxi for us. Thank you :-) The location is near beach and there are many apportunities for supermarket, restaurants and shopping. We used air condition and closed windows to avoid the noisy street. We were very excited about welcome georgian wine and snacks as we arrived. Thank you, we felt really welcome in your place.  If you are interested to casinos, Shangrila Casino is very closed :-)
