Ocean edge facilities were great. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Location was great.

No TV.....owners knew about it being faulty for a few weeks. Broken door handle on the children's bedroom door....again, known about it for a while.

Caravan was excellent had everything and more, very clean and comfortable, excellent outdoor seating area

To Early checkout would be nice to have a later checkout

Bathroom window didn’t shut and both bathroom radiators could do with replacing but it didn’t put us off

Well equipped. Homely and nicely decorated. Nice decking with furniture.

Not the owners fault, but all facilities were shut due to refurbishment. A discount should have been applied, as when the weather turned bad, there were no other family facilities within walking distance.

The caravan is nice and big enough for our family of 5 to have a comfortable stay. En suite toilet in the master bedroom is handy. Central heating is good as it gets cold at night. Oven, microwave, fridge, etc. Everything you need to prepare meals. Balcony is lovely and location is nice. Parking right by the caravan which is convenient.

No facilities on site; shop, restaurant, pool, arcade etc all closed for refurbishment which wasn't made clear when I booked. The listing STILL states, "At the holiday park, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner, lunch and brunch and serves British cuisine. A short walk from the caravan takes you to the clubhouse, which has lots to entertain the kids. The family-friendly show bar opens at 5.30pm daily. Accommodation with a heated pool" - but this is all closed, and you wouldn't know unless you go looking for that info in the Q&As which I didn't. I just went off the listing info when I booked. The WiFi didn't work. We all connected to it, the first night when we arrived, and it was okay, but for the remainder of our stay, it didn't work. No Internet at all, and the signal isn't good, so not the best with teenagers. Receiving a message at 8.58am. the day before check out, saying, "we hope you enjoyed your stay. Please make sure you're checked out for 10am" isn't great. Apparently, it's a scheduling issue, but maybe schedule it for the evening before your guests leave or include the word tomorrow, so they don't think you want them out a day early?
