Casita de dos dormitorios muy cómoda y con todo lo que se necesita para pasar la instancia. Ventiladores de techo en todas las estancias y aire acondicionado en el salón. Un patio pequeño privado que permite cenar al exterior. Muy cerca de la ría y restaurantes de la zona, así como del supermercado que está en la misma calle.

Por decir algo que el salón y habitación de dos camitas son interiores aunque tienen cada uno una pequeña claraboya y el salón, al comunicarse con la cocina y el patio tiene buena aireación.
