This is the WORST place I ever stayed in my life. I supposed to stay in a private room for 2 nights but the staff suddenly has changed my room for the second night making ridiculous excuses. Staff named Satish has opened my room without letting me know and also without my consent which is unacceptable and very disappointing! He moved all my stuff to another room so I had to throw away all my underwear because who knows you know.. When I asked him why he did that cuz during check in he told me I am gonna stay in the same room for both nights couldn’t give me any logic explanation. But what is even more disappointing is the thing that he said that if I am paying for the room that doesn’t mean this is my room so he is the boss there so he can get inside any room he wants…. The audacity is just insane!!! And the owner of this guesthouse is a woman but there is no female staff which I find interesting considering all the problems they have in India… Idk, maybe they are relatives with Satish that’s why he is still there. Besides what I’ve written their room’s condition is very poor.

Dingy and unclean with an open unclean dustbins in the corridor and garbage lying outside it ...told staff I am sensitive to sprays ... inspite of that very pungent room freshener was sprayed in the corridor outside with the corridor door shut... Toilets are shared ...
