"Unpleasant, dirty and lacking even the basics."

Good location near to Cardiff centre

Apartment was dirty. Could not make use of parking facilities as there was no room. Apartment in a poor state of repair including plug hanging off a wall which is dangerous. One bedroom door unable to be closed as the fridge plug ran under it which was for some reason located in a landing hall. No hot water when we arrived back late. Could not recommend. So unpleasant we left after the first day of a two day stay. When contacting the management company we were basically told we made these issues up which I’m sure will be the response to this if any.

It was near to the city centre and shops

"We were there for the foo fighters concert, we did enjoy are just something need to be look at"

Close the the city centre

Could hear the people in the apartment below. Needs painting, and some things need fixing, the place was dusty and dirty, the cleaning company were there at 9.15-9.30 when check out is until 10am and we felt like we were being rushed out of the apartment in the morning.
