"Exceptional"

The property is well-located, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. However, the biggest highlight of our stay was the host, Hassan. We arrived late at night, and Hassan was there to greet us warmly. He took the time to show us around, helped carry our luggage upstairs (as the building doesn’t have an elevator), and even ordered food for us at an incredibly low price when we were starving. The next day, Hassan went above and beyond by spending the entire day with us, giving us a private tour of the city and the medina. He negotiated on our behalf, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout. His kindness and generosity truly made our visit to Chefchaouen unforgettable. Hassan is a true gentleman, and his hospitality added a personal touch that transformed our trip. If you're visiting Chefchaouen, staying here is more than just a stay – it’s an experience!

Nothing major, the only thing I could think of is bathrooms could use a bit of an upgrade.

The apartment was perfect, right in the centre. Had everything you would need, towels, toiletries, hair dryer, iron, blankets, fans. I would definitely stay again. Also Netflix was a great extra.

The place is as shown on the pictures and even better, the flat is immaculate clean. 3 huges rooms, with 2 bathrooms. All equipment available in the flat including coffee machine, cooking tools and hygiene items. We did not need to buy anything for our stay. Got offered refreshments at our arrival. The host was very friendly and took very good care of us. He was very responsive and took us on a visit of the city showing us great places around the old town. We loved the family stay there with grandparents and kids and would definitely recommand it to our relatives and friends. Would visit again and rent the same place ! Thanks Hassan for the lovely time in Chefchaouen

Just to know there is no elevator but the stairs are large and clean, so we did not mind about it.
