TV didn’t work … otherwise it was ok…

Could have been a bit more cleaner as far as the outside and towels need to be bigger and their was no wash cloth’s to shower with…

Fast check in.

The room wasn't set up when I arrived. Needed to ask for pillow cases, and how the TV works. Internet went out the next day I had to call about the outage.

I would like a refund or a discount this hotel is the worst they made us change rooms 3 times and it just kept getting worst the rooms were disgusting the door had no door knobs stains everywhere aircondiningt not working had to change rooms took till 5 to 6 pm to get us another room with working air conditioner that room had rust on bath tub stains everywhere holes in the ceiling and the walls they made us wait til 6 cuz if cleaning but looks like they never even went in to clean it then we found Roches iwe demanded a new room 4ey a new room this room smelled bad there was mold all around the bathtub the bathroom door was not even hinged and had no door knob the door fell on me and my husband sink didn't work loud banging from workers not only in the day time which I get but all they way til 3 in the morning. the ppl that worked there kept coming in n out of other rooms acting sketchy hanging around with ppl that looked like gang members but maybe not but the rooms where discusting left over food in the fridge no smoke detectors found a method pipe in the room with left over baggy with residue and the next day today when we were checking out the manger or owner assumed I was teens stay another day and he said I couldn't I had to check out and wouldn't give me a reason but I spent my whole stay waiting for rooms and moving from upstairs to downstairs back to to upstairs and every time the rooms just got worst he said that if I wanted the original room I was staying at I would have to pay more over 120 this whole stay was a waste of money and time and for him to tell me I had to check out and couldn't book like I did something wrong rubbed me the wrong way I took pictures and I think u would agree that this place is in bad shape and I'm owed a refund or some kinda of reimbursement and booking should really reconsider promoting this kind of place8!!1
