Phenomenal stay, great communication from Tom!

The location was fantastic, the free parking was fabulous, the pool table was a little extra that was s lovely wind down and a little bit of fun after a long day spent with family in Chester.

Nothing really, but just weary of a few trip hazards, from the hall to living room, theres a little step and when youre carrying your luggage in you miss it, also a warning on the bathroom door to make you aware of a step down, as i did fall down the step, (without hurting myself i might add but it was still a shock). And the bathroom tap is plumbed up wrong on the basin, so my husband was waiting for the hot water to come through for a shave , then realised it was the opposite way round.

Wood lice seemed to appear randomly. Front door is difficult to lock

The house had everything we needed - the kitchen was well equipped, the whole home was well decorated, warm, comfortable and clean. The pool/table tennis table was an amazing addition which we thoroughly appreciated. Communication with Tom the owner was fantastic- he was quick to respond to our queries.

Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location, accommodating host. Basically everything we expected and more.

The location is great to walk straight into Chester! The house was really clean, modern and welcoming. Messages to the host were answered promptly.Lovely selection of coffees and teas was good and enjoyed a nice coffee in the morning from the coffee machine. Super easy to locate and one free parking spot available, we did get a second car park space on the main road further along so didn’t have to use payable car parks.

Water in Bathroom sink never ran warm, although the kitchen was fine, possible water pressure issue as when running bath it was very slow and toilet wouldn’t flush at the same time. There is also an electric shower over bath so it’s fine! Road noise is quite noticeable, luckily my sister can sleep through anything but I being a light sleeper I would struggle in the front of the house. Couch is a bit firm as it is also a sofa bed, although we weren’t sitting on it for long and unless you’re planning to stop in all evening it wouldn’t be a problem.
