Objekt je na super lokaciji, sami centar ali mirno, sve nam je bilo dostupno u par minuta. Domaćini su na svaki upit ogovorili odmah i bili vrlo ljubazni. Besplatno parkiralište 10-15min od samog objekta. U apartmanu sve je bilo pripremljeno i dopušteno za korištenje.

Šta se tiče izolacije, na prozorima je super i ništa se ne čuje prema van, ali mali problem je bio u samoj zgradi, jer stanovi imaju zajedničke zidove, pa se dosta čulo u susjedni stan.
