Very disappointed with our stay — the listing was misleading, with photos showing a pool and garden area we didn’t have access to. For £2,700 over 4 nights, we expected much better: poor customer service, bad smells in the apartment, not enough towels for our group, and barely usable showers. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend to others.

Superb layout with 4 bedrooms and each one having its own bathroom.

Very nice upper level hot tub, HOWEVER we didn't use as it was dirty and half the jets were not functioning

We loved everything about this villa. Spacious, clean, beautiful and the pool was heated wich made it perfect for the kids to swim. Close to stores and restaurants. Very kind owner and people that work in the villa to clean. Very sweet and welcoming. Our vacation was so great because of this stay.

Great pool Very spacious Cleaned everyday Very good base We were allowed to check out a bit later at 12 which was appreciated as we didn't fly until the afternoon Would definitely return and the teething problems were sorted but this is an honest review. 8/10 without any issues would be 9/10 Thanks for a good stay

This property is exceptional. Very clean and every bedroom is well equipped. I would stay here again in an instant. The heated Pool was my favourite.

The villa itself was very nice and centrally located, making it convenient for access to bars and markets. The description and pictures matched the reality.

- Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. We were 8 people but for two of us was not that 5 starts stay as we could expect in an apartment that costs around 550 euros per night. There were 4 bedrooms and One of the bedrooms had a non-functioning air conditioner, which was a major problem given the summer heat. Despite multiple calls, the management repeatedly claimed that it was "not in their hands" and made no effort to resolve the issue promptly. We requested a fan as a temporary solution on the third day. By the fifth day, a technician finally arrived, only to check and inform us that the air conditioner could not be fixed during our stay. This meant we had to endure sleepless nights, sweating with an ineffective fan. - After our stay, we contacted Booking.com to request a partial refund for the room with the broken air conditioner. To our dismay, the property management lied, claiming the air conditioner was working perfectly, which was completely untrue. We have numerous videos and pictures documenting the high temperatures in the room. Additionally, they falsely accused us of smoking in the room. I am not even a smoker. If this were true, why did they return our €500 cash deposit in full after thoroughly inspecting the villa for 20 minutes on the day of our departure? - Furthermore, we bought a lot of meat and stuff to organize a barbecue night and when we checked while preparing the cookings, we realised the barbecue grill was non-functional due to an empty gas tank, which we only discovered when we tried to use it. Although they refilled it the next day, it was too late to be of any use. - The cleanliness of the villa was also lacking. The cleaning was superficial at best, with sheets changed only once during our week-long stay. We found towels with hair and blood stains on our first day, which was unacceptable.
