FRTrès bon accueil du propriétaire, très bon emplacement pour rejoindre le centre ville de Parme rapidement. Le logement n'est pas très évident à trouver et l'endroit est assez inattendu car bordé de béton. La chambre quadruple était parfaite pour nous 4, SDB propre et de quoi faire un café/biscuit pour le petit dej. Très calme, aucun bruit perceptible. Nous avons très bien dormi, parfait pour une étape. Bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande vivement !
