GBThe property was neat, clean, warm and comfortable. Location is stunning. Quiet and restful. Five minute drive from famous Bodnant Garden and about 15 minute drive from Conwy.

Sofa was a bit uncomfortable. Mattress wasn't the best but did have a topper which made it acceptably comfortable .

I would have prefered a small 2 seater table as balancing on stools at a breakfast bar isn't really comfortable to eat a dinner.
GBEverything! From the second we walked in it just felt so homely, there was a lovely welcome basket, milk in the fridge. We came for valentines weekend so the owner had put a bunch of roses in the kitchen and a love heart on the bed which gave it that extra little something. The owner was amazing, she went above and beyond for us even bringing us things like eggs that had been hatched that day for our breakfast. So clean and very welcoming, we will be back 100% and will look forward to our next stay. There are games for children and cards etc for adults, books to read, television with free WiFi, everything has just been perfect. Loved seeing the animals on the farm and our pup Zak has enjoyed his stay just as much as we have, and he ate a few of the treats that were left for him. It's been amazing. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.
