"Good stay for good price"

Apartment is located right behind the soco shopping centre in PDC.Only 5 minutes walk from the main strip beach/bar/restaurant etc. The Apartment itself was very spacious and well equipped with fast WiFi and comfortable bed. The Apartment also has a garden at the entrance with washing line so you can hang beach clothes out to dry. The communication with the host was great and check in was very easy If visiting PDC again I'd definitely book again

Great location, for shops, also beach nearby, and still quiet at night .

Construction work nearby, noisy some mornings. Property a little dated.

Location

Swamp dirty pool which is dangerous for children Shower didn’t work properly Owner came into apartment when I wasn’t there Wanted more money when I got to apartment Plastic covers on the outside furniture said we couldn’t remove because it was for the cats 35 degree heat sitting on plastic Tv didn’t work Owners rude!!! Never ever again Stay clear

"Great place to stay, ruined by the people staying directly above."

Great location, very central. Quirky , old time property, very comfortable, great little garden. Toaster needed, maybe the old one broke. I did without anyway. I'm sure Juan would have supplied one if I asked. He was always available by phone if needed.

Not the fault of this property, but after 3 lovely quiet days spent, a very,very loud Spanish couple and their 20 friends moved into the apartment directly above this property. I had very little sleep, party-time every night, loud music,etc. You can hear everything from above and to the side, but there was a very quiet couple staying next door that were fine. I returned home exhausted with much needed sleep.
