I was double booked and now I have to wait for my money I never got to the place never got a code & im I traveled 9 hours to be here

Dear Ether, Good morning. I appreciate your quick response during our stay, but unfortunately, my experience with this Airbnb was far from satisfactory. While I am able to overlook some minor inconveniences, I cannot ignore the significant safety hazards and other issues we encountered. Safety Hazard - Leaks: There were multiple leaks in the unit, one of which was dripping directly over the heater in my daughter’s room, as well as over the TV plug. This posed a serious risk of electrical fire, especially considering my daughter is only 8 years old. I had to unplug both the TV and the heater to prevent any potential danger. The situation was extremely concerning, and I felt unsafe leaving her in that room. Unbearable Noise: We were also disturbed by loud noises from the unit above us during the night—tapping, knocking, running, and jumping from 2 AM until 5 AM. This made it impossible for us to get any rest, and we were all left extremely exhausted. Additional Issues: The TV wasn’t working upon arrival, and there was no remote. While I could have accepted these issues, the danger of the leaks and noise overshadowed these minor inconveniences. My daughter also had an unfortunate experience where she fell in the shower after being startled by a roach. This was both distressing and unsafe. We attempted to reach you using the contact number provided, but unfortunately, no one answered. They did return our call hours later, but by then we had already left. We were at the Airbnb until almost 11 AM, and the situation remained unresolved. Given the severity of the safety concerns, especially the risk of an electrical fire in my child’s room, I believe it is reasonable to request a 50% refund. Nothing...this place was disgusting.... renters be very aware and do not stay here at all costs. It was the worst hour and a Half experience ever at a vacation accommodations of any kind..BAD..BAD..BAD..place

The entire apartment.the apartment smelled like mold and cat urine..Roaches and fleas were crowing on the floor and furniture and in the kitchen area. The AC was window units that didn't even begin to cool the place and you could see outside around the AC window units..they had a carpet covering a 14" x 14" hole with a rock covering it with bugs coming out from it. The beds smelled like body odor bad... The condition of this apartment was so bad we couldn't stay there when we arrived. Got there around 1am and by 2:30am left to stay in a hotel because it was so bad ..the neighborhood was very dangerous to be standing out on the street at that time... gangs were everywhere partying...we are not the kind of family to complain but this was bad.. I'm a US army veteran and stayed in a lot 3rd world countries and this place was just as bad . The location was a basement Access only by way of trashed alleyway..very dangerous I was so embarrassed that I had booked this place for my family...so, I haven't been able to get a refund for a place we only stayed 1.5 hours in... CAUTION!!!

Everything that I saw on the app regarding this room was correct and everything was in place.

You have to go to the back of the house, enter the code and go down towards the basement area of the bnb. It was challenging for me a bit because I was confused on which door to go through. The property manager was a lil rude, but over time me and him was able to work everything out and come to a solution. Also, when I enter the code it was hard for me to press the switch door to unlock the lock. So be very carful in how you retrieve the key from the box.
