"A lot of hassle with the reservation and a closed door upon arrival"

The room was clean.

Upon arrival at B&k Urban City Suites, the check in instructions turned out to be incomplete, our unit number was missing: there were multiple key boxes. Until then, we could not get in touch with the host. We tried the code on all 10 key lockers until one opened… and it was empty. Finally, the host contacted us by phone and after following the instructions, we found a locker with spare keys. After opening the door of the unit, we found the key on the table. All this took more than a hour. Also, be aware that this is a self check in location and you wil requested payment and uploading a copy of your passport on an external website and answers a list of questions. In summary, if you have all the time to fill out questionnaires, trust to give your credit card details and a copy of your passport to third parties… and don't mind going through a kind of escape room upon arrival to finally be able to sleep… Go for it, book at B&k Urban City Suites. Next time, I will choose something else.
