"Lovely flat away from the centre of Paignton"

Walking distance to Preston Beach. Close to bus stops and shops for essentials. Parking on driveway. Flat contains everything you need.

Large step up into property. Bathroom being on a different floor to bedrooms.

Absolutely beautiful house, close to the beach and shops. Myself , my daughter and granddaughters stayed and it was perfect. Paignton is a beautiful area. The owners added a travel cot and high chair at no extra cost. The house was spotless and so cosy, we will definitely be returning

"An excellent 2 week summer holiday"

The property is in an excellent location, only a few minutes walk to Preston Sands beach. Also close to bus and train services if you don't want to drive around. We love this part of the country and would stay here again without hesitation. Top marks in all areas. We had everything we needed, and more. Our hosts were really friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this property to anyone. Best suited to 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children.

Nothing to dislike about this property. Ideal in every way.

Great little house with everything you need for a lovely holiday, great location and very comfortable. 2nd visit for us and we all love it! Lovely gardens opposite and convenient for shops etc

The property was light and clean and had everything you could need for a holiday. Preston has everything on the doorstep: shops, restaurants/cafes and our hosts ensured we had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to family members.

"Lovely property in a good location"

Lovely property, had everything we needed for our stay, except being smokers I had looked for outside space when searching for somewhere to stay on this trip, so we did not use was the little seating area provided, It would have been nice to sit out in the evening, but it is out the front and too close to windows of owners property, rather than at the side as I thought from pictures. 10 mins from Preston Sands beach and only a short walk along it (tide dependent) to get to Paignton beach and it's amenities, minutes from good local bus routes and shops.

Everything you need for a holiday was available . Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Amy thought of everything. Bus stop just few hundred metres away very easy to get to Torquay or Brixham.
