Las instalaciones, el desayuno, la limpieza y en general todo. La amabilidad de Justin y en general de todos los empleados algo muy a destacar. Es un sitio muy bonito y cómodo.

Clean and pretty place. Staff were incredibly helpful. Great service offered with transfers to the port. Good knowledge of the island and lots of fantastic recommendations for places to eat and visit. Quiet at night so great sleep!

I was absolutely thrilled with my stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it to all travelers. What impressed me most, however, was the helpfulness and accommodating nature of the owner, Justin. From the first moment, he made sure I felt right at home, and his assistance was invaluable. Whether it was recommendations for activities or arranging transportation, he was always ready to help with a smile. Thanks to him, my stay was unforgettable. I'll definitely be happy to return!

Vynikající ubytování, vše čisté, udržované, úžasný a milý personál, který mi se vším vždy ochotně pomohl. Velice se mi líbila možnost kdykoliv si udělat čaj, protože v ubytování je dostupný barel s pitnou vodou.

Není to žádná kritika ani výtka, jen člověk musí mít na paměti, že je ubytovaný v bezprostředním kontaktu s přírodou a do chatky se může kdykoliv dostat jakýkoliv hmyz či gekoni. Několikrát jsem byla nemile překvapena, když jsem našla na pokoji gekona nebo velký hmyz. Personál mi ale vždy ochotně pomohl hmyz odstranit. :)

Staying at Panglao Inn was one of the most memorable parts of our trip, and that’s all thanks to Justin, our incredible host. The place itself is humble yet beautiful—full of character, charm, and a vibrant energy that makes you feel instantly at home. But what truly sets this place apart is the level of care and hospitality that Justin and his team provide. Justin goes above and beyond in a way you don’t see much anymore. When he’s not busy, he gave us free rides around Panglao—and yes, he took us to the airport himself! I accidentally left my makeup pouch behind, and to our surprise, his staff notified him immediately, and he personally drove back to the airport just to return it. That kind of service is rare and speaks volumes about the kind of person he is. If you want a stay that’s not only comfortable but also full of kindness and genuine human connection, this is the place. Thank you, Justin—you deserve all the best reviews, and more!

Loved that the hotel was not in the most living area. It's so calm around there but still not so far from the touristic spots, so you get the local vibe + more touristic vibe which was perfect.
