In die Räumlichkeit hätte man vor 10 Jahren investieren sollen. Zustand Bad komplett veraltet, kein einziges Schneidemesser, keine Esssitzgelegenheit, sehr alter brummender Kühlschrank, zwei Lampen defekt, Türschlösser schließen sehr schwer,

Das Zimmer ist für einen Alleinreisenden ganz in Ordnung, allerdings auch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr schön der kleine Balkon an der Giebelseite des Hauses.

Die Ausstattung der Küchenbar ist mehr als dürftig. Kochen ist kaum möglich, nur aufwärmen. Auch das Geschirr ist eng bemessen. Nachts läuft der Kühlschrank recht laut.
