B’s Place Guest House

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was small but perfectly adequate for our stay. It was the downstairs room so had the benefit of being partially underground and lovely and cool in the hot weather. Definitely an advantage to request this room if you like a cold bedroom. The breakfast hamper in the morning was amazing and so full of tasty treats we couldn't manage it all. We took the breakfast muffin and pastries with us for our lunches on our days out.

On one morning we didn't feel hungry enough to eat all our breakfast and felt quite bad sending some items back. Perhaps a menu card that we could leave saying what we did or did not want each day might have been helpful so nothing was wasted.

B's Place is located where you can walk either into Paignton or Goodrington. The house is in excellent condition and very well maintained. We had a lovely view of the harbour and bay from our room. Sam, the owner, is very hands-on and caring. The continental breakfast is delivered to your room and is second to none. Parking is available. We had a wonderful 3 night stay and would highly recommend B"s Place.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we love it! The location is great and we are made to feel so welcome. Love the little treats that are left and the breakfast is lovely x

Shower water a little too warm

Just returned from a 3 night stay at Bs guest house, and can not fault the place, spotlessly clean, comfy room. Breakfast we were spoilt for choice. And the host Sam, was very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Our room was a good size and felt clean , modern and comfortable . Plenty of fluffy towels to have showers as much as we liked . A lovely selection of extras felt spoilt . It was a nice idea having breakfast brought to us in a hamper as previous guests have said , no going hungry . We had hot weather so the room was a bit warm but we were left with a nice tower fan so this was soon rectified . We had a sensible place to park our car which we like . It was so lovely to be so close to the amenities of Paignton and to be able to park the car . We look forward to coming back and Thankyou
