B’s Place Guest House

Great view, well decorated rooms and clean spotless bathroom. Liked the added touches such as toiletries and breakfast delivered in a picnic basket to the door.

Although our bedroom didn’t, the reception/stairs smelt of dogs which wasn’t pleasant as non dog owners.

We had a lovely 2 night break away for our anniversary and was greeted with a smile and friendly face and was very welcoming. Even was helped surpise my wife with flowers delivered and put in our room ready for our arrival and had confirmation photo of the flowers before we arrived as well. The room was clean and as expected and value for money. Would recommend B's Place for value for money and friendly welcome and very helpful with any requests.

Everything was great . The rooms are spacious,clean and very comfortable especially the bed . We were on the top floor and had a great view from our window. The staff were very welcoming and although we had no issues during our stay in sure if there was any they would have dealt with it for us as they were very helpful. Woke up every day to a lovely breakfast ready at 8 o’clock on the dot . Couldn’t fault it and I’m already looking forward to our next stay as my fiancée and I have already spoke about going back before we had even got home .10/10

Clean and colourful attic twin room as requested. Fabulous breakfast with warm pastries, orange juice and boiled eggs delivered in a basket to our door. Close to the foreshore, restaurants and pubs. Owner was most helpful.

The location is superb and perfect for both Goodrington beach and Paignton beach and other easily walkable places. The hosts were fantastic, super friendly and extremely accommodating. The breakfast was excellent.

The shower cubicle was a touch small and the water was only warm with fairly low pressure. Not a major issue, and there isn't much that can be done regarding the shower size, but it would have been great if the water had been hotter and the water pressure a bit higher.

View from bathroom window was spectacular! Good location a bit away from.the centre but everything in walking distance. Breakfast in room was basic and tasty.

Did not dislike anything about it it was a perfect break

I felt comfortable to stay in a family home as a lone female traveller. She was very kind and friendly. Rom was in good condition, felt like a room at a friends house.

Warm welcome and we were able to store our bags before check in which was really appreciated. Very comfortable room and gorgeous sea view. The continental breakfast hamper was generous and a treat to be able to have it in bed. Great location near the harbour. Thanks Bea for a lovely stay!
