Location was ideal. Lovely hosts, very helpful and friendly. Delicious breakfast delivered to the door.

A warm welcome from Sam. Great sea views from the room. Hot shower. Enjoyed watching the owners cats on the prowl! Superb breakfast in a hamper that always adds a little magic.

A wider bed would have made for maximum comfort. Some pepper to go with the salt provided for the boiled egg. And we did run out of the nice Taylors coffee sachets. But these are all minor. An outstanding place.

Well, what can I say? We had a fantastic weekend at B's Place. We were met with the friendliest welcome we have ever had. Shown to our dog freindly room which was a basement room. Not knowing what to expect we was delighted. The room was filled with light from a large picture window looking out towards the car park. There was a large wardrobe area with a curtain and it was big enough for our dogs crate and was able to close the curtain to hide it away. The room was tastefully decorated and had everything we required. The assortment of beverages and biscuits was outstanding. We had a lovely welcome gift of a box of Maltesers which we appreciated very much after our journey. There was plenty of towels and beautiful toiletries for our use during our stay. The bed was so comfortable we slept well and the room was a comfortable temperature, with a fan and a heater available should it be required. The TV had a great choice of channels and we was able to connect our Netflix or Disney channels if needed. Now let's get to the delicious breakfast. Each morning we was left a picnic basket outside our room. Just expecting the normal continental breakfast we was delighted when opening the basket. There was warm pastries, jams, butter, eggs, yogurts, oat pots and orange juices. This was outstanding. The price we paid and the quality of service we received we can not fault anything. The surrounding area was very quiet. There is a lovely park area to walk the dogs a short walk up the hill. Paignton town is a 10 minute walk. The harbour is at the bottom of the road. There is also a few places down on the harbour for eating out and entertainment.

Everything .. lovely owners.. fantastic quirky breakfast... most comfortable bed I ever slept in ... parking on site ... plenty of tea.coffee etc ...all in all ...fab 👍

Our stay was great and very friendly community. Not far to reach anywhere. Visited the peir, plenty of shops on hand short distance or little longer into town, and plenty if places to eat.

Breakfast was fantastic, served in a lovely picnic basket, and very generous. The room was very fresh and tasteful. The host was very welcoming.

Night away with friends. We had 2 rooms, twin and double Fabulous location with parking Rooms and facilities beyond expectation The host goes above and beyond with extras. Bedroom and bathroom pristine. Bed very comfortable. Beautiful bedding, and cushions. Plenty of towels and blankets if required. Lots of hot water for a shower Continental breakfast was really good, delivered to the door at 8 am. Overall one of the best b and b's I've ever stayed in, and there has been a few! Highly recommended Thank you for having us

Only staying one night 😞

B’s B&B was a delight from the moment we arrived till we left . The owner was so welcoming and the room was lovely airy bright modern and spotlessly clean . Everything had been thought of and the facilities provided were top quality . Everything was super generous from the varieties of teas to the lovely biscuits and chocolates left on the bedside table . The breakfast delivered to your door in a Wicker basket was better than any hotel offerings . The owners home made breakfast items were delicious , overnight oats with fresh fruit and yogurt , warm croissants , pain au chocolate , homemade savoury egg muffins , fresh orange juice . So much food ! attention to detail was superb . we felt looked after and didn’t want to leave ! The B&B although yards from the harbour was so quiet ! Not a sound , lovely comfortable mattresses . You can tell that this owner has designed everything that she would want in a B&B . The room rates are too cheap for what is offered . Note to owner - Charge more it’s well worth it !!
