The bed was uncomfortably hard, the shower only had cold water, and the blankets and pillows had a noticeable smell. Unfortunately, this made the stay less pleasant than expected

The room advert on booking.com mentioned 2 beds and we only got 1. my daughter was not happy as she had to sleep on the couch. the parking space is inconvenient. we had to wake up another guest in the morning, so we can get out. that got me late to work as he took his time and was very angry to wake up early. the lady who was helping us, had communication barrier as she seemed not to hear English clearly. she was also not friendly and seem bored most of the time we request something. honestly, I won't use the place again.
