They have the perfect location as you can easily get to anywhere around the area esp the beach and restos

There was electric interruption for 3 consecutive nights, we were not able to sleep well and sweating, as if someone is playing the power and a ghost will come from anywhere anytime with the sound of the power interruption it creates. However they compensate our service transpo going back to the airport.

I really loved my stay there it was really close to the beach like just a 5 minute walk. The famous bread and butter spot is also 2 mins walk. I would love to appreciate the staff name Dat, he is so humble and makes you feel welcome all the time. As a solo traveller it was my first time staying in a mixed dormitory and I was really scared but he made sure there was no concern for the safety and trust me when I said it I really meant it. Dat told me and he was right there at the reception, whenever I was going out or somewhere he was guiding me and checking upon me if I was okay and comfortable. There were times we shared little giggles when the communication was only through google translate application. But he understood everything and communicated with me. I would highly recommend this place. If this would have been in my hands I would have declared him the star of the property. But from me loads of love and appreciation to him as he made me feel like a home far away from home ✨✨✨✨✨✨. Whenever I went out Dat continuously checked on me even when his shift is over. He was a true example of vietnam hospitality that I have heard of. He is one of the major reason that I will definitely come back to Vietnam and specially stay at this place with my family ❤️❤️ Also I will highly recommend the taxi service I took from this hotel, the cab driver viet huy he was also a humble person I met he took me to bana hills safely. I planned to come back by 3-4pm but I reached back at around 7pm and there was no food option down the hill and he stayed there and didn't complain at all and he dropped me and went for the next job. He had a pleasant smile throughout.

There is nothing I didn't like.

Khách sạn nằm gần biển nên rất tiện đi dạo và tắm biển vào sáng sớm. Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Giá cả hợp lý, phù hợp cho cả du lịch và công tác. Mình sẽ quay lại khi có dịp

하루에 전기가 20번 이상은 나간다. 특히 밤에는 계속 나갔다가 다시ㅜ들러오고 너무 불편하고 위험했다순간 전기가 꺼지는 바람에 미끄러져서 다쳤다

very nice reception and always ready to help! I dropped my iPad under the bed and they unscrewed the bed for me. They didn’t even charge me!!

Khách sạn vượt ngoài mong đợi của tôi. Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, đầy đủ tiện nghi và được dọn dẹp rất cẩn thận mỗi ngày. Vị trí thuận tiện, dễ dàng di chuyển đến các điểm tham quan và khu ăn uống. Điều khiến tôi ấn tượng nhất là sự thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp của đội ngũ nhân viên, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ với nụ cười trên môi. Đây chắc chắn là một trong những nơi lưu trú tốt nhất mà tôi từng trải nghiệm và tôi sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp.
