Le chemin pour s’y rendre est franchement à refaire beaucoup de trous pas évident d’y conduire le soir Les chambres et salles de bain sont franchement moche et vétustes . Vieux tapis vieux placard vieille baignoire douche ….. pour le prix payé c est très décevant

The stunning sea view, the saltwater pool, and the picturesque bay are truly beautiful. Breakfast was lovely: although the buffet is small, you can order dishes from the menu — from omelets and freshly squeezed orange juice to French toasts or avocado plates. Everything is prepared right in front of the guests in the open kitchen.

At €535 per night, you expect luxury and impeccable service — but this hotel is a complete letdown! The outdated façade and dilapidated interior immediately reveal that Sofitel’s 5★ standards are nothing but empty words. Constant corporate events and a clear focus on French guests make foreigners feel like outsiders — utterly unacceptable for such a price. The service is a mockery of 5★ standards. Staff at La Carte Postale and Le Bar Lounge are either inattentive or outright rude, especially toward non-French guests. They barely speak English, fumble explanations of dishes, and take 30–40 minutes to deliver orders even when the venues are almost empty. Complaints? Forget about compensation or apologies! Rooms: Worn-out furniture, poor soundproofing, old carpeting, and an incredibly uncomfortable bed. The minibar is empty. The bathroom is cramped, with faded, tattered robes and stained towels. Restaurants: Only two restaurants, both with extremely limited menus. Lunch and dinner feel like an afterthought. The dishes are bland, ingredient combinations are questionable, products are not always fresh, and glasses are dirty. La Carte Postale is a disaster: greasy stains on tables, filthy chair cushions, and a meager menu. Want a proper meal? Head to Porticcio — 30 minutes on foot or by car. Corporate events: Noisy corporate parties at La Carte Postale and Le Bar Lounge turn guests paying €535 per night into second-class outcasts — pushed aside behind curtains in a stuffy corner. No apologies, no compensation — only arrogance and neglect. Beach and spa: The beach is tiny, stifling, and windless. A decent beach in Porticcio is a 30-minute walk away. The spa? A gloomy basement with low ceilings and outdated equipment, completely deserted. Noise: The nearby airport ruins any chance of rest — planes roar low and loud over the hotel throughout the day. Ignored requests: A lunch box for an early departure? Instead, we were handed paper cups with tea two measly croissants.
