On the spot with amazing view in El Médano

Lovely spacious comfortable well equipped apartment with fabulous outside space and stunning views. Great communication from the host, any questions answered very quickly.

La casa ed il complesso sono molto curati. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per una breve vacanza. Panorama fantastico, letti super comodi e apprezzatissimo l'uso dei teli da mare. Comunicazione con l' host buona.

Przestronny i dobrze wyposażony apartament na zamkniętym osiedlu, dostęp do basenu na terenie osiedla, blisko do plaży i oceanu, widok na ocean z balkonu.

Buenas terrazas, vistas impresionantes. Buenísima piscina; fácil aparcamiento; el médano nos ha ido muy bien para 6 días por Tenerife Sur (de Güímar a los Gigantes)

Por poner algo menos bueno, que hace mucho viento. Una de las playas para surfistas más rresnsitadaf

Tolle Lage in einem ruhigen Teil von El Medano. Schöner direkter Blick vom Balkon & der Dachterrasse auf Meer und Pool. Eine Paddletennisausrüstung für den Platz auf dem Gelände stand ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation war super freundlich und auf alle Fragen wurde sofort geantwortet. Wir dürften auf Anfrage am Abreisetag länger bleiben- das war auch super nett. Man läuft ca. 10 min ins Zentrum. Drei Restaurants & ein kleiner Supermarkt (im Gebäude des Hotels) sind aber auch direkt ums Eck. Es gab genügend vernünftige Handtücher und sogar Poolhandtücher.

Lüftung im kleinen Bad ohne Fenster hat nicht funktioniert, ebenso die Balkontür und der Griff (außen und innen) vom großen Bad muss dringend erneuert werden (hatten bereits andere erwähnt). Was tatsächlich richtig störte, waren sehr viele Leute von außerhalb, die den Pool für sich entdeckt haben anstatt an den Strand zu gehen. Man kommt relativ einfach aufs Gelände und so waren es an manchen Tagen so viele, dass man nicht einmal mehr eine Liege bekommen hat. Dann war es auch super laut & echt unangenehm. Es gibt ein Security Häusschen am Eingang, aber das war in den 14 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes nie besetzt. Auch nachts kam es insbesondere an den Wochenenden vor, dass Leute in den Pool gegangen sind & gefeiert haben- was auch super laut war und nervte. Die Fenster sind keine Schallfenster- man hört also alles. Am Wochenende campen viele Locals in der Nähe- einige von ihnen haben sogar die Poolduschen dann am Abend genutzt, um sich zu waschen. Für solche Leute kann der Besitzer natürlich nichts, hat aber auf jeden Fall echt genervt.

The position was good. The sunrise view was good and a pool with sunloungers is rare in El Médano. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the person who looks after clients was great.

Quite a few little things need fixing. The shower head holder over the bath is broken and the shower curtain is manky. The door handle to the spare bedroom needs replacing. The lower floor bannister wobbles terribly and is dangerous. There are no blackout blinds or curtains so the bedrooms are never completely dark. Worst of all, the patio door to the balcony does not lock and I'm pretty sure it should. The balcony is three floors up and looks impregnable but a burglar could easily get in over the roof terrace. So the security of the apartment is suspect. All these things are fixable.

Hosts are very nice, helpful, friendly. We were very satisfied. It was our 2nd stay in Los Martinez apartments, and for sure not the last one. Its not newest one, but very clean, without any insects etc. Near to that is very nice pizza and gym. City center is very close.
