Everything was excellent

Lovely place to stay. Nice and cosy and really comfortable. Exceptionally clean, and although I didn't meet the hosts, their communication was outstanding and very friendly. They also accepted dogs and left some treats, so they were happy as well. Parking space too.

Good directions, off road parking space, access though private gate to well lit route to the little residence, enclosed private outdoor space, outside light, bedside light, very comfortable mattress, good kettle, toaster, microwave and provision of TV with Netflix. Little fridge. Clean toilet and shower with basic toiletries and nice fluffy towels. Plenty of cutlery plus crocs for two persons. A little bin in toilet area. Good wi-fi. Thoughtful addition of flannels, cotton wool balls and cotton buds. Thankful for the extra throw on the bed which I wrapped round myself. Local info pack for tourists. Excellent provision for a pet - made me wish I had one with me!!!

The fan heaters are a bit noisy and take quite a while to warm the space only to auto switch off after about 20 mins - so I recommend a dressing gown as I found it a bit chilly (it was about 6 degrees outside so could have been worse). I wish I had taken my hot water bottle. The space is cosy atmospherically but not, for me, that cosy in terms of warmth - perhaps if there are two people it may be different, and I am inclined to feel the cold so I just mention this as a small issue, easy to resolve if you pack the right extra items for a wintry stay.

It is a wonderful, cosy place. It is very convenient for work placements at the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic 🏥, which is only 10 minutes away (by foot).

Private, comfortable, clean and modern. Made very good use of the space provided & everything we needed. Great helpful, friendly hosts
