Ad un passo dal Duomo

Flat was in a lovely location, right in the centre of town. Davide was helpful and flexible. Communication was clear. Flat was very clean and we liked the building as well as the flat itself. Bathroom was well equipped, except for the shortage of TP.

Heaters were set on "automatic" and not to be touched, but flat could get a little cold; it was December, so that's not so strange. This was the first time in my 14 years of renting short term flats that there were no welcoming wine or anything. Kitchen had only the barest minimum of utensils, and no wine glasses! (in Italy!!) No salt, pepper or oil. It had a dishwasher, but no pods or other kind of soap for this machine. No tea towels or cloths to clean with, and no paper towels and only 1 1/3 roll of toilet paper.

Bellissimo appartamento in pieno centro, struttura nuova e silenziosa, pulizia ottima e personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato al 100%

Piccoli dettagli che segnalo a titolo informativo: 20 ripidi gradini per l'accesso all'appartamento, dunque non adatto a chi abbia difficoltà motorie o bagagli particolarmente pesanti; check in a partire dalle h 15 e check out entro le h 10 (a mio modesto parere, orari un po' stringenti); wifi lento.

Appartamento moderno, accogliente e pulito con una posizione ottima.
