Ad un passo dal Duomo

The location

The internet did not work. Poorly equiped kitchen: no chopping board, wine glasses, paper towel, dishwasher tabs, dishtowel or spoons for serving food. The lamp at the bed did not provide enough light to work as a reading lamp.

It is a real nice apartment, very close to the Duomo and piazza popolo. Very comfortable

We did not have any internet: it did not work and that is quite important to us

I chose this property due to the reviews of being very clean and a great location and those were absolutely true! This apartment is a great mix of old world and modern convenience, located in a quiet area that is close to everything Orvieto has to offer.

We stayed for a week in January and the weather was cold and windy for the first few days, heating was controlled by owner and although his app said it was 23 Celsius, it certainly didn't feel that temperature to us. We asked for a blanket (there was not one there, but it was delivered the next day). Not being able to have more heat or control our own heat was a bit uncomfortable.

Communication was great with Alessandro and he was patient with the changing times of our arrival due to the train strike. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in s great location.

This is a quiet, comfortable apartment in a perfect location. Well set up for cooking, a very good shower, very clean with good towels and bed linens. Alessandro met us at the property and oriented us to the property. A perfect stay in this wonderful Orvieto!

This is a lovely apartment is in a convenient location, just a short staircase away from Orvieto's lovely Duomo. It features a large kitchen and the TV spoke to my phone to connect to my personal Netflix account.

Nothing - I had a little trouble finding it, but Orvieto residents were very kind and helped me find it. I wish I had asked for more coffee pods. Addicted!
