USThere was no breakfast at all
First of all we were checking at 5 am and we ask for the rate to be lowered because of the check out time only being a few hours away and our request was refused, then when the guy finally got out of bed to come check us in he refused to honor the rates of the website we booked through and then charged a 50 dollar deposit incase we caused damages that was supposed to be refunded after an inspection was completed upon check out. So I gave him the deposit in cash and put the room on a card and all together he charged me 106 dollars for a room that I booked online for 53 dollars and then when I checked out he said he was refunding my deposit back to my card but he didn't he charged me another 72 dollars and I still haven't gotten any of that back and it's been over a month ago.
USUSObviously an older facility with limited amenities. The mattress was uncomfortable and well used. Being close to a service station and a Dollar General was a plus.
Initially the bed had a soiled sheet. Management quickly resolved the problem. The wifi connection was sporadic and unreliable.
