Stylish Family Villa with Game Room & Pool

The house was beautiful. There was plenty of room.

Traveling 14+ hours and had to wait another 2 hours for a door code. Having our reservation canceled after we're let into the home. I was told reinstate my reservation through booking or vacate the property. We couldn't reinstate the reservation because the PROPERTY canceled it, although they continued to say booking canceled even said booking said I canceled, lol. We LEFT! Contact information clearly only works for whoever runs the property because the numerous amount of calls, text messages, voicemails, and emails I sent that went unanswered was ridiculous. The only time I received a response was when I let the contact # know the electric was turned off at the house and the response was them telling me they were sending someone to the house because they didn't know anyone was there. The house was suppose to be empty. They play so many roles, I think they forget who they're playing because a man came to the house and he didn't know if he was maintenance, security, or the property manager. He didn't even know whose contact information I had. He claimed he didn't know the #. Someone called and texted my phone monday, tuesday and wednesday telling me we had to leave or pay $2078 directly to them or the police was going to be called and have us removed. WE WERE ALREADY GONE, MONDAY. I believe they tried to cancel our reservation and keep our money not realizing Booking.com sees who canceled. If I canceled, I wouldn't have gotten my money refunded, but because the PROPERTY canceled I received my money back. The harassment was unreal, they were mad they couldn't scam and keep my money. They tried to cancel the reservation (succeeded) and keep my money (failed). Booking.com wasn't having it, haha. I can only imagine how many people they actually got over on doing this to. 9 years coming to Florida, we never experienced anything like this.
