West Phu Quoc Charm 3BR private pool villa

Die Villa war wunderschön, sehr geräumig und perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt, die gesamte Anlage wirkte sehr sicher und einladend. Es ist eine Art Clubanlage mit tollem Ambiente und einem netten Restaurant. Besonders schön war der inkludierte Beach Club mit großartiger Aussicht. Auch der Shuttledienst ist praktisch, wenn auch nicht sehr häufig. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft.

Leider war die Einführung etwas chaotisch. Der QR-Code führt zuerst nur zu Werbung, und man muss sich mühsam durchklicken, um schließlich ein Google-Dokument mit den relevanten Informationen zu finden. Das war anfangs ziemlich verwirrend. Die Sauberkeit beim Check-in war okay, aber nicht perfekt. Außerdem liegt die Anlage etwas weiter vom Strand entfernt – allerdings ist das Taxi sehr günstig (etwa 1 € pro Fahrt). Anfangs gab es keine Liegen am Strand, was später aber behoben wurde. Mit einer klareren Einführung hätte man sich zu Beginn einiges an Ärger ersparen können.

The staff is professional and efficient. The villa is very well located in an quiet hotel complex perfectly integrated into the environment. Clean and well equipped, it conforms to the photos provided. Cleaning is provided every 2 days, the swimming pool is cleaned every morning. The complex offers a wide range of services, the restaurant is quality, the buffet breakfast is plentiful and varied 500,000 VND/person. We rented motorbikes for 150,000 VND/day/motorbike delivered directly to the house. The villa has a garage, very convenient for motorbikes. There are also taxis outside the resort reception.

The host was very friendly and helpful to our needs and questions about the villa and locations around Phu Quoc. She was also great at organizing free shuttle services to local TR Mart and massage parlor as well as taxi services. Villa was spacious and lovely for our small family, pool floaties and games were also available. The kitchen was well equipped and included some condiments (except for oil to cook). We also appreciated the complimentary wine, water and airport transfers. It was great and I would recommend to others to stay.

The kitchen was well equipped and although there is a dishwasher, I would of liked a dish rack and tea towels to dry dishes and perhaps more plates would of been great as we had family come over sometimes too. The ensuite shower layout as the water from the shower overflows to the toilet area and the bath mats were always soaking wet, we had to roll the mat and direct the water flow to the grate.

Host was very responsible and reached out and arranged everything in perfect manner. Although breakfast isn’t included by the hotel, you can still purchase it and it was great. Pick-up and drop off was free and host made sure our needs were met during our entire stay. Lovely, spacious place for families and I would definitely will be back. Being able to use bike, washing machine was nice, and the kitchen was very well set up although we didn’t use them. Bedding was fresh and towels were clean as well. Flamingo floaty was also a plus which we didn’t expect.

One of the drawers in the bathroom was broken, and wasn’t fixed when we arrive.
