Nice and helpful staff and good food

The place dosen't look anything like the pictures. It's actually a party place for the Ha Giang tours. The loud party is until late night and no one respects silence at night. There was also only cold shower available and bathroom facilities were far from being clean.

1. The bedsheets was dirty and not clean. 2. Pillow smell bad. 3. No toilet has no paper 4. Air Con was out of order 5. Toilet seat was not attached

We booked 5 beds in a dormitory the day before arriving. Upon arrival, at 6 pm (reservation confirmed on booking), we were told that the facility was fully booked and we had to find another accommodation.

It was on the Ha Giang loop

Seemed very disorganised and quite basic.
