Lo único que no me gustó mucho es que el caudal de la ducha era muy poco.

Localização, espaço dos ambientes, cozinha ampla e completa, sala de estar confortável grande e com tv a cabo, quarto confortável e cama boa, segurança do local e próximo metrô.

Só teve um dia que o aquecedor de água do banheiro parou de esquentar no meio do banho e não voltou a funcionar e terminei o banho com água fria, tirando este imprevisto não houve nada que desabonasse o local.

This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. 1. On the day of check-in, we received no check-in information until I asked twice. 2. The main entrance door would not open with the provided code. We were stuck outside in the rain with our luggage and our cat for about 15 minutes, repeatedly shaking the door until it finally opened. Everything got wet. 3. When we reached the room the host told us to use, there were other guests inside. After calling again, the host admitted he had given us the wrong room. 4. The other residents were extremely noisy, and it was uncomfortable to use the corridor or even open the window to ventilate. 5. The corridor/common areas smelled strongly of cigarettes and what seemed like marijuana. I am pregnant and cannot be exposed to that. After all this, we left about 15 minutes after arriving and stayed in a hotel instead. The next day, when I contacted the host, he accused me of lying rather than addressing the issues.

Ottima l’idea del caffè!

Cambiare le lenzuola tra un ospite e l’altro è più igienico. Farei trovare olio, sale e zucchero.
