Room was cute, fully automated checkin-checkout experience, personnel were very responsive via phone. it is a nice stay. Breakfast is incredible and offered in a nearby castle-hotel. All the information are available in an app that they provide.

A beautiful big room with a great view

It was a little tricky checking in

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The decor was to a high standard. The view of the river was very pleasant. The short walk to breakfast really want a problem - a great way to start the day!

The pillows in the room really were not very good. Soft and lumpy. The staff kindly provided extra pillows, however that doesn’t get away from the fact my partner and I had several bad nights’ sleep. This is premium accommodation, the pillows need to be up to standard and they were not. It is a pity as the bed itself was very good. A second point, the parking out front was difficult - to be clear, there should be enough space, however one evening we returned to find that a non-guest had parked their car in the guest spaces and we had difficultly squeezing into the remaining space
