USLocation was great the cabin was fantastic and quiet
Just a problem with the upstairs bed mattress the service company checked it out and determined that the mattress has to be replaced we were able to use one of the beds on the second floor Just was a little inconvenient due to my bad knees going up and down the stairs but I managed to get by I appreciate the fast response from the service department it would be great to of had grab bars for the toilet and shower
USIt was a very beautiful cabin, it had everything that was needed
When we check in at 4 and got into the cabin it was still dirty from whoever was there before us
USProperty is very clean and updated. We loved the location.
Booking had an issue with the payment and had to rebook at extra $300 which is the ONLY complaint I have about this property.
