"Deficiències"

Es un edifici molt bonic i les dependencies estan bé, però amb deficiències.

Varem llogar l'apartament per 7 dones d'una edat de 69 a 75 any. Ens agrada fer l'esmorzar juntes i una menjada del dia, dinar o sopar juntes. La nostra sorpresa va ser que només hi havia 4 cadires, vam reclamar tots els dies les cadires i varem marxar sense cadires. Els nostres seients eren les tauletes de nit. Els llits d'una persona eren catres amb una confortabilitat nefasta. A les habitacions l'emmagatzematge de ça roba era insufucient. El quarto de bany no hi havia cap prestatge ni penjador. Hi havia una finestra tapada amb pladur i en uns forats que hi ha als laterals, hi van entrar paneroles. En posar el forn de cuina en marxar , feia marxar la llum i ens vam quedar a les fosques. El dissabte a la tarda i tot el diumenge no hi va haver aigua calentafins dilluns tarda. No hi ha ascensor per pujar les maletes. Sort que som persones molt resolutives amb els problemes que van sorgint. No podem confirmar el nostre descontent, doncs no varem fer fotos.

Struttura pulita , abbiamo fatto check-in molto tardi , la proprietaria ci ha spiegato tutto nel dettaglio e non abbiamo avuto problemi a trovare la struttura e ad entrare.

L'unica pecca lo scarico della doccia molto lento.

"Ottimo, vicino al centro in un appartamento nuovo"

La comunicazione con la proprietaria é stata ottima, abbiamo ricevuto tutta il supporto necessario. La stanza ampia con tutti gli spazi necessari, anche per il bagno nulla da dire, forse un appendino per gli asciugamani renderebbe tutto perfetto. Wi-Fi ben funzionante.

Unica nota stonata é relativo ai rumori provenienti dalla hall, se ci sono ospiti che escono presto la mattina purtroppo si sente tutto.

Quiet place

The hairdryer was broken and not replaced during our stay, no chair in the room (the property manager said they did'nt have time to replace the old broken ones), the pillows were inconfortable
